Grain Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Grain Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our clients grain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grain handling storage and transportation as well as proven leadership abilities.

• Manage day-to-day grain operations including receiving drying storing and shipping grain
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times
• Supervise a team of employees providing training guidance and support as needed
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels grain quality and other relevant data
• Collaborate with farmers suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the facility
• Implement efficiency improvements and cost-saving measures to increase profitability

• 5 years of experience in grain operations management
• Strong knowledge of grain handling equipment and procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
