Job Summary
Looking for a Lipscomb University student worker to assist the program director with various Lifelong Learning class needs including but not limited to:
- Run Zoom cam during classes
- Send Zoom recording links to class members after each class
- Assist with class registration each week
- Provide pre-class event set-up in Longview Mansion
- Provide email communications support to registrants
Assist with Sr. Alumni events including Bison Weekend 50th Class Reunion and Golden Circle Breakfast.
- Provide assistance with event registration pre-event and during
- Assist with the production of the reunion Bio Booklet
- Co-coordinate reunion events during Bisons Weekend
- Assist with Golden Circle breakfast during Bisons Weekend
May be federal work study eligible.
