Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends holidays and split shifts.2. Arrive to work on time entering the property arrive in proper uniform crisp clean and in good must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.5. Attend all required training and safety courses along with office and departmental meetings.6. Report any safety hazards follow up that hazard has been corrected and assist with providing a safe work environment.7. Learn and follow all set sanitation and safety procedures.8. Check overall presentation of dining room to include lighting music level tables chairs and floor.9. Greet and seat all members and guests with a smile and using their names.10. When seating guests and members pull chairs out for ladies and place a menu in front of each.11. Distribute covers evenly among check dining room entrance and clean as necessary to include ashtrays and trash on floor.13. Assist servers as much as possible without leaving the door unattended for any length of time.14.
