A growing Fast Casual Restaurant Group in Lancaster is looking for a proven General Manager to lead one of its high-volume locations.

What Youll Do:

• Own all day-to-day operations - FOH & BOH execution staffing service and financial performance
• Lead train and inspire a team of 20-40 team members and shift leaders
• Drive guest satisfaction speed of service and food quality
• Control labor food cost and inventory while hitting sales goals
• Foster a positive accountable and team-oriented culture
• Ensure all health safety and brand standards are met

What You Need:

• Current or recent General Manager experience in a restaurant is REQUIRED to be considered
• Fast casual or QSR leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead a high-volume operation ($1M)
• Strong financial acumen and team development skills
• Hands-on guest-focused and results-driven mindset
