We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities to support our expanding client base and help build high-quality candidate pipelines.
What Youll Do
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other online channels building strong pipelines for current and future roles.
- Map target companies and talent pools for key positions.
- Engage candidates through personalized outreach and followup turning passive talent into active pipelines.
- Screen candidates via CV review and virtual interviews assessing skills motivation and culture fit.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and keep all activities updated in ATS/CRM tools.
- Share basic market and talent insights (e.g. trends compensation ranges talent availability) with the team and clients.
Requirements:
- EE/ECEMaterialsMechanicalIndustrial/Manufacturing and other Semiconductor related degrees are strongly preferred
- Prior recruiting experience (role scoping client communication candidate sourcing/recommendation full process followup) is preferred but not required
- Familiar with background knowledge in Semiconductor sector
- Highly proactive targetdriven comfortable working in a resultsoriented environment
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin are preferred
