As a Global Services Intern you will:
- Service offerings through efficiency initiatives.
- Assist with programs and initiatives to enhance customer experience.
- Configure account structures across the service applications.
- Configure process automation tools to support key business metrics.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college; Business or Mechanical Engineering majors preferred.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Good interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve desired results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products i.e. Outlook Teams Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Information
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now or in the future without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
- No relocation assistance provided.
- Internship is 12 weeks May 24 - August 13 2027
