Global Program Manager

Job Summary
We are scaling faster than any complex hardware company ever and are looking for a Global Program Manager to join our dynamic organization to continue to innovate and execute at scale. This role will serve as a primary catalyst for operational excellence and report directly to the Head of Program Management. The role will be based 5 days a week in person at company HQ in San Jose CA.
Role and Responsibilities:
You will execute programs that will improve quality reduce costs and accelerate the speed that we deploy hardware to some of the largest fuel cell projects on the planet
You are responsible for working with cross-functional teams to align on the goal assign appropriate resources and execute on the fastest possible timelines
You will build and institutionalize best in class program management methodologies including Stage-Gate process OKR management and Agile methodologies
You will Identify and remove systematic barriers that impede program development speed and efficiency
Skills:
You are a high EQ person
You know how to solve problems in the real world from first principles
You are extremely organized and can confidently communicate Program status and risk mitigation strategies to CEO level leadership with little notice. This role will require disciplined and regular report out of all aspects of internal programs to executive leadership
You can talk the talk with a highly technical engineering manager then walk in to the next meeting and close out commercial contract topics with the sales team.
You have focused your career on getting things done not playing organization politics
Experience:
Ideally 10 years of program management in a technical function or complex hardware focused organization in the power and technology industry.
Evidence of exceptional execution managing cross function teams on extremely tight timelines with limited resources
You have experience operating from scrappy startup phase to fortune 500ideally in the same company
Ideally B.S. Engineering: Chemical Civil Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
MBA is a plus
Ideally PMP Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certifications
Scheduling software programs: Microsoft Project ERP and MRP systems
Salary Ranges:
$134500.00 - $193500.00Required Experience:
