Global Learning Intern (Fall 2026)

What You Will Do

• Gain hands-on experience in the field of learning and development within a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Assist in the design development and implementation of various training programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development including the teams annual Global Learning event

• Contribute to on-going maintenance of the Global SharePoint site.

• Help with the evaluation and analysis of training programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Assist in the creation review and delivery of training materials including presentations learning catalogues and e-learning modules.

• Provide administrative support including maintaining training records and preparing reports.

How You Will Do It

• Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions workshops and events.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Collaborate with team members to research and develop innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

What We Look For

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Learning and Development Instructional Design Business Administration Communications Information Systems or a related field.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
• Duration: Starting fall 2026 through summer 2027. Part-time (minimum 10 hours) during the school year and around 40 hours per week in the summer.
• Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
