What You Will Do:
As a Global Health Program Operations Consultant supporting Guidehouses U.S. Department of State portfolio you will contribute to the planning implementation and improvement of global health programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate is an analytical and organized professional with an interest in global health foreign assistance or management consulting. You will work across a diverse portfolio of initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to support program execution analyze information coordinate activities and develop high-quality client deliverables.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support planning and execution across program management financial management grants data and analytics technology modernization and operations.
- Track project plans action items risks issues and status updates to keep work on track.
- Analyze financial performance and other information to identify insights and support decision-making.
- Develop client-ready presentations analyses dashboards SOPs and other deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and support meetings decisions and follow-up activities.
- Support process improvement change initiatives and implementation of new ways of working.
- Use Excel reporting platforms automation and AI tools to analyze data and improve processes and reporting.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to quality detail and deadlines.
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelors degree
- TWO (2) or more years of professional experience in consulting government global health international development program management or a related field.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience supporting the U.S. Department of State USAID foreign assistance or global health programs.
- Experience in federal consulting or a government-facing professional services environment.
- Familiarity with AI solutions data visualization automation or collaboration tools such as Tableau Power BI Microsoft Power Platform SharePoint or similar platforms.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint Excel Word Teams and related tools.
