Remote Flexible Schedule Training Provided

Were looking for organized client-focused individuals to help clients explore destinations compare options and coordinate important planning details from home.

As a Global Destinations Coordinator youll support destination research reservations scheduling and client communication while helping keep each plan clear and organized.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Research destinations accommodations and activities
• Gather client preferences dates and priorities
• Compare available options based on client needs
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Coordinate transportation and scheduling details
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help with changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate client information

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear professional communication
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Comfort working independently
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service hospitality reservations scheduling administration or client support can be helpful but it is not required.
