Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial construction projects with a focus on glazing building envelope and exterior systems. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing site teams subcontractors schedules budgets safety quality control and project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

• Lead daily field operations and supervise superintendents field personnel and subcontractors
• Manage project schedules manpower materials equipment and site logistics
• Coordinate with project managers architects consultants and clients
• Conduct site meetings and maintain project documentation daily reports and progress tracking
• Ensure projects are completed safely on schedule within budget and to quality standards
• Identify and resolve field issues constructability concerns and project risks
• Oversee punch lists project closeout activities and client relationships
• Mentor and develop field staff while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

• 5 years of construction field leadership experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
• Experience with glazing building envelope exterior façade or commercial construction projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of scheduling budgeting quality control safety and subcontractor management
• Ability to read and interpret plans specifications and contract documents
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Valid Drivers License required
