WHAT YOU WILL DO
This position resides in our Inventory and Geospatial Solutions department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create maps and graphs using GIS software and related equipment
Compile geographic data from a variety of sources including censuses field observation satellite imagery aerial photographs and existing maps
Enter new map data
Other duties as assigned

Current valid drivers license with personal vehicle suitable for field work (mileage is reimbursed)
A team player who is confident respectful curiousflexibleand able to work with other professionals in a growing successful and respected business
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Due to the nature of the team approach to our work and needed access to equipment the GIS Technician position is considered a resident or office-based position with remote work possible upon approval from the supervisor. The position is 100 percent office work.
COMPENSATION
Wage commensurate with experience.
