Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

• 2 years of experience working with CLEAR (Conservation Lands Easements and Recreation)
• 2 years of experience working with LITS systems/tools.
• 2 years of experience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
• 2 years of experience using ArcPy for data validation quality control and geospatial data analysis.
• 4 Years of experience developing dashboards reports and data visualizations using Qlik Sense.
• Experience with data reconciliation data validation and QA/testing processes.
• 3 years of experience with Python scripting ArcPy and geospatial automation.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Agile methodologies QA/testing and UAT processes.
• Knowledge of cadastral GIS mapping applications.
