Compensation

• $50k-$150k/year (hourly base uncapped commission)
• Highperforming techs average $55 hourly income
• Your skill should determine your earnings not a capped pay scale.

What Youll Do

Youll be the expert homeowners rely on for safe highquality generator installations:

• Install home standby generators (20kW150kW)
• Install transfer switches (100A800A)
• Set up loadshedding & powermanagement modules
• Complete control wiring & lowvoltage connections
• Install or upgrade electrical panels
• Perform electrical service upgrades
• Run conduit wiring and all components needed for safe efficient installs

Youll have the tools support and autonomy to do the job right.

What You Bring

Were looking for skilled trades pros who take pride in their work:

• 25 years of electrical experience
• Strong communication skills professional polite and customerfocused
• Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Experience working with residential customers (a plus)
• Journeyman Electrician license (a plus)
