Job Summary
This role will focus on modernizing Fords CI/CD environment supporting developer productivity and driving adoption of AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot Cursor AI and other Generative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins GitHub Actions and Tekton.
Support the transition from Jenkins to GitHub Actions and Tekton as Ford modernizes its CI/CD platform.
Integrate AI developer tools and enable adoption across the developer community.
Develop dashboards metrics and reporting solutions to improve developer productivity.
Define architecture standards and best practices for developer enablement platforms.
Collaborate with global engineering teams to improve software delivery processes.

Strong CI/CD and DevOps experience with tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions and Tekton.
Experience with GitHub automation and software development lifecycle practices.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale development environments.

Experience with Agile XP practices continuous delivery and global software engineering teams.
