• Assist with water damage mitigation drying and extraction on residential and commercial job sites
• Assist with Setting up monitor and break down drying equipment including air movers dehumidifiers moisture meters and other various items/tools
• Perform demolition tasks such as removing damaged drywall flooring and insulation(can also include tile framing cabinets stairs etc)
• Load unload and maintain restoration equipment and company vehicles(solo or assiting other team members)
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards on every job site(must be able to read and understand SOPs)
• Assist lead technicians with mold remediation and fire/smoke cleanup as needed
• Maintain a clean organized work environment on all job sites

• No prior restoration experience required on-the-job training provided
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 25-75 lbs and working in tight or confined spaces
• Strong work ethic with a positive team-first attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and on-call shifts
• Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly demeanor
• IICRC certification a plus but not required - opportunity to advance and become certified!!
