We are looking to hire a leader who can take ownership of the entire operation strengthen our management team build scalable systems and help position the business for future growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5 years of successful General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven turnaround experience with a track record of improving operations developing strong teams and driving measurable results.
• Experience building systems processes and accountability that create consistency and operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen including labor management food and beverage cost control inventory and P&L management.
• A proven ability to hire coach and develop managers into high-performing leaders.
• The confidence to make sound decisions independently and operate with an ownership mindset.
• High standards for food quality cleanliness guest experience and team culture.
