• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HVAC service business ensuring efficiency and profitability
• Lead coach and develop field technicians dispatchers and office staff to meet performance goals
• Monitor KPIs including revenue job completion rates customer satisfaction scores and technician productivity
• Manage scheduling dispatching and workflow to maximize service capacity and response times
• Drive sales growth through upselling maintenance agreements and new customer acquisition strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety standards licensing requirements and company policies
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and referral growth
• Oversee budgeting P&L management and vendor/supplier relationships

• 3 years of management experience in HVAC home services or a related trade industry
• Proven track record of leading teams and hitting revenue and operational targets
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems service operations and industry best practices
• Experience with service management software (e.g. ServiceTitan FieldEdge) preferred
• Excellent communication leadership and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven business decisions
• Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences
• Valid drivers license and ability to work on-site in San Ramon CA
