• 8 years of progressive food service hospitality or Catering dining services experience including at least 5-6 years in a leadership role.
• Strong Corporate Catering Management experience is required
• Demonstrated success managing large teams and complex operations.
• Proven experience overseeing budgets P&L performance forecasting and financial reporting.
• Experience with hiring coaching performance management and talent development.
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• High level of professionalism integrity and business acumen.

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration Culinary Management or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience in upscale dining/catering corporate dining or luxury hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of food purchasing inventory management and labor management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
• ServSafe Certification and/or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
