Job Summary
An established yet growing heavy civil contractor in the state of Wisconsin is looking to add a General Manager to their team to solidify their core leadership!
This is a great opportunity for any Senior Project Manager or current General Manager that is looking to accomplish more in their career and do it at a company that has been labeled Top Places to Work!
General Manager Requirements
- Construction related degree required
- 15 years of heavy civil related contractor experience
- Ability to oversee P&L staffing budgeting and overall operational excellence for a team of 30 employees and 20M in work
- Underground utilities experience both public and private sectors a REQUIREMENT
- Ability to live in the Milwaukee area and travel to local projects when needed
