Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Davidson Hospitality Group. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including guest services food and beverage sales finance human resources and overall property performance
  • Partner closely with the Complex General Manager to align property and market strategies drive results and leverage shared resources and best practices
  • Develop and execute business strategies that support revenue growth profitability and operational excellence
  • Foster a culture of exceptional guest service associate engagement accountability and continuous improvement
  • Lead coach and inspire department heads and associates to achieve individual and property goals
  • Maintain high standards for quality service brand compliance and operational performance
  • Build strong relationships with ownership Davidson brand partners guests and other key stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends competitive activity and business conditions to identify opportunities and respond proactively
  • Oversee budgets forecasting financial performance labor management and expense control
  • Drive revenue and profitability through effective sales service and operational strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies brand standards and applicable regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business or a related field preferred
  • 5 years of hotel leadership experience; food and beverage exposure preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success managing budgets revenue expenses and overall hotel performance
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to effectively partner with associates Davidson leadership and ownership
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a demonstrated ability to drive results
  • Strong problem-solving decision-making and organizational skills
  • Passion for hospitality and a genuine commitment to creating exceptional guest and associate experiences
