This position is located at the Lilly Coffee Zon & Fuzion Cafes located in Eli Lilly Corporate Building & Tech Buildings (all locations located downtown Indianapolis) and operates:

• Monday - Friday
• 6:30 am - 4:30 pm (Shifts Vary)

• Proven ability to increase sales and drive business growth
• Strong team building and leadership skills
• Experience with employee scheduling and labor management
• Knowledge of product ordering inventory management and setting pars
• Experience with P&L reconciliation and cost control
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
• Promotes and embodies the companys Heart Culture.
• Provides an exceptional overall customer experience
• Identifies operational challenges and coaches team members on solutions
• Consistently delivers high levels of service and hospitality
• Motivates team members to exceed customer expectations and sales goals
• Assists the team in achieving positive sales and profit trends
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures
• Proficient in all café operations including food preparation smoothies specialty drinks and prep work
• Demonstrates sound decision-making during uncertain or high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Passionate and knowledgeable about food and hospitality
• Responds to opportunities and operational needs with urgency
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Capable of managing a team of 20 employees
• Experience overseeing daily operations
• Ability to manage labor costs food costs and waste control
• Ability to lead coach and develop a management team
• Ensures food quality standards and positive guest experiences

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food industry
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience
