Position Overview:

As a General Manager you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience be a mentor to the crew and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately our General Managers are the absolute best communicators go-getters and self-starters out there.

General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
• Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
• Recruit interview and hire the right talent for PURALIMA with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
• Recognize and reward excellent performance
• Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
• Motivate inspire and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
• Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
• Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
• Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu policies team member benefits and more
• Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
• Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
• Live and represent the PURALIMA brand day in and out

Job Requirements:

• Minimum
• 3 years previous management/supervisory experience
• 5 years customer service experience
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
• Able to work at least 50 hours per week
• Preferred
• Management experience in the restaurant industry
• Reliable transportation
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
