Job Summary
An outstanding full-time opportunity has come available for a General Manager / Clinical Manager to join a well-established health care organization that thrives on providing its patients with the highest possible quality of care. The position is located in Parker AZ area near the beautiful Colorado River and just 40 miles from a variety of recreational activities in Lake Havasu.
Responsibilities
Directly supervise RNs Home Health Aides and Social Workers in the Home health industry
Oversee performance improvement quality management plans as well as the development of the department policies and procedures.
Coordinate interdisciplinary care to patients within their homes including but not limited to: nursing home health aide services and medical social work
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is Preferred
- Current CPR certification and valid Drivers License
- 3 to 5 years of management experience in Home Health or Hospice care
- Experienced in overseeing staffing needs productivity and development
- Deep understanding of state and federal rules/regulations related to providing hospice services
- Experience leading a team to provide clinical services to patients in their homes and/or hospice setting is a MUST
