Job Summary

Coffman Services is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with construction remodeling property improvement and maintenance projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work can follow instructions and works well as part of a team.

Assist skilled tradespeople with daily project tasks

Load unload move and organize tools and materials

Prepare and clean job sites before during and after projects

Perform demolition cleanup and other general labor duties

Use basic hand and power tools safely

Help with remodeling painting fencing landscaping and other property-improvement projects

Follow instructions from supervisors and project leads

Observe company policies and job-site safety procedures

Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required

Willingness to learn and take direction

Dependable punctual and ready to work

Ability to work effectively with a team

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reliable transportation to job sites

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is helpful

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand walk bend kneel and climb for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry construction materials tools and equipment
Ability to safely perform repetitive physical tasks
