As a General Laborer you will:

• Operate a tugger to move rubber sheets safely through the production process.
• Perform heavy lifting by transporting materials to various work areas.
• Inspect rubber sheets for quality defects and compliance with specifications.
• Use cutting equipment to trim rubber sheets into required sizes.
• Feed and guide material into rerolling machines for proper winding onto cardboard cores.
• Operate machine control panels to monitor and adjust production.
• Wrap finished rolls with plastic secured with zip ties and prepared for shipment.
• Replenish production materials including plastic wrap to maintain continuous operation.
• Follow safety procedures while performing repetitive lifting pulling pushing and material handling tasks.

This is a Full Time/Temp to Permanent Hire opportunity

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Accurately read a tape measure work instructions and finished product specifications
• General math skills (addition subtraction multiplication division fractions and percentages)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
• Willingness to work as part of a team in a production environment
• Beginner to intermediate computer skills
• Written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Shifts Available:

1st Shift - 7am-3pm

2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm

Monday - Friday (8-hour shifts)

Pay Rate: $23.00/HR.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
