General Laborer Machine Operator Verona, MS

1st Shift: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: MondayThursday 6:00 PM 4:30 AM

We are seeking experienced and dependable General Laborers / Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Verona MS.

The ideal candidate must have previous manufacturing and/or general labor experience and be comfortable performing hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. This position will involve operating machinery assisting with production handling materials and performing various physical labor duties.

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
  
• Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities.
  
• Perform general labor duties as assigned.
  
• Load unload move and organize materials and finished products.
  
• Monitor machinery and report any issues to supervisors.
  
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
  
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
  
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
  
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
  
• Assist with additional manufacturing duties as needed.
  

• Previous manufacturing and/or general labor experience is REQUIRED.
  
• Must have prior experience working in a manufacturing production or industrial environment.
  
• Previous machine operation experience is strongly preferred.
  
• Ability to safely operate production equipment.
  
• Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the shift.
  
• Ability to stand walk bend stoop and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Must be dependable and willing to work the assigned shift.
