Salary information:
The annualized salary ranges below represent hiring guidelines. DornerWorks considers multiple factors when determining base compensation including experience and specialization of skills.
Early career engineer: $62000 - $95000
Mid level career engineer: $95000 - $118000
Advanced career engineer: $118000 - $156000

As a contractor to the U.S. Department of Defense and producer of export-controlled technologies DornerWorks is required to comply with all U.S. export control laws and regulations including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As a result all employees of DornerWorks must be eligible to receive access to export-controlled materials.
To meet these requirements all applicants must either:
  • Be a U.S. Person under the export regulations or
  • Be eligible to receive an export license from the relevant U.S. government agency.

  • U.S. lawful permanent residents (aka green card holders)

  • Non-U.S. persons who require access to export-controlled information will be required to obtain a license to access such technology from the applicable government agency as a condition of employment. This process will require documentation to verify an applicants eligibility to access export-controlled information.
