Job Summary

General Dentist Mesquite TX

A dental practice is seeking a Dentist to provide comprehensive tooth replacement and restorative care for adult patients. The role focuses on extractions removable prosthetics implants and other tooth replacement solutions. The practice provides advanced diagnostic technology on-site laboratory support and hands-on clinical mentorship. Both experienced providers and dentists looking to further develop their surgical and implant skills may be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Educate patients on oral health and available treatment options
  • Consult with patients perform examinations diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide extraction and surgical dental services including complex cases as appropriate
  • Provide removable fixed and implant-supported tooth replacement solutions
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of dentures partials implants and related prosthetic services
  • Collaborate closely with laboratory personnel in the design and fabrication of dentures and partials
  • Provide compassionate patient-centered care with strong chairside communication
  • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and follow professional standards
  • Stay current with developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Current or eligible dental license required to practice
  • Implant experience preferred but not required
  • Surgical experience particularly with complex cases highly preferred
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent chairside manner and patient communication
  • Compassionate caring approach to patient care
  • Ability to work collaboratively with dentists laboratory personnel and other clinical team members
  • Commitment to continued clinical learning and professional development
