A valid Massachusetts Dental License is required.

Compensation/Benefits/Perks:

• The anticipated salary for this position is between $145000 - $150000 annually. Salary will be determined based on experience education and other factors.

Shift/Work Hours:

• Fulltime 40-hour workweek including some evening and alternating Saturdays

Essential Duties:

• Review medical histories maintain patient records and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed
• Perform oral examinations evaluate x-rays diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options risks benefits costs and insurance coverage
• Provide or coordinate dental treatment including specialist referrals when necessary
• Accurately document procedures and authorize laboratory prescriptions as required
• Supervise train and evaluate dental staff to ensure quality care and compliance with practice standards
• Maintain compliance with clinical infection control emergency preparedness and recordkeeping protocols
• Lead staff meetings support quality improvement initiatives and stay current on dental industry developments

Education/Certifications/Licensure:

• Current Massachusetts Dental License
• DEA License
• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
• CPR/AED Certification
• Must maintain licensure by completing a minimum of forty (40) hours of continuing education per 2-year renewal cycle.
