Job Summary
General Assembly Bristol IN (Main)
Regular Employee Hourly Non-Exempt $22.00 - 22.00
What youll do:
Proficient in reading and writing English
Responsible for installing truck bodies and assembling components while supporting production goals and quality standards.
- Assemble or install truck body and van components using hand and power tools
- Rotate across workstations and support team-based production
- Follow work orders and safety standards to meet quality and performance targets
- Maintain a clean organized work area and support 5S/Lean initiatives
- Assist with material handling and other tasks as needed
What you need to be successful:
- High School Diploma or GED; valid drivers license required
- 12 months of manufacturing experience preferably in automotive/RV/boat industry
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending climbing reaching)
- Skilled in using air/power tools and reading tape measures to 1/16
Additional Information:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Strong attendance teamwork and attention to detail required
- Proficient in reading and writing English
- Must have valid drivers license
