General Assembler (Medical small part Assembly)

Position : General Assembler (Temp to Hire)

Location : Tempe AZ

Duration : 12 Months Contract

Start Time : 1:00 PM

End Time : 9:30 PM

Total Hours/week : 40.00
pay range -$16-20/hr

Description:

• Small part assembly use of a higher powered microscope tweezers.
• Candidates with sewing exp workng with small delicate parts are ideal candidates.

Summary of Position with General Responsibilities:

• Perform various processes for PTFE manufacturing which is primarily done in a clean room environment. This requires following the SOPs and GMPs.

Essential Job Functions

• Accurately complete Device History Records and associated paperwork
• Assist with projects and qualifications concerning the process when needed
• Communicate effectively with co-workers
• Enter batch information into database
• Utilize small hand tools and/or precision devices to aid in the manufacturing process
• Perform inspection of own work of prior manufacturing operations

Basic Qualifications:

• Accurately complete Device History Records and associated paperwork
• Assist with projects and qualifications concerning the process when needed

• Perform inspection of own work of prior manufacturing operations

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand walk sit and use hands to manipulate handle or feel objects tools controls and office equipment.
• The employee frequently is required to talk and hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop kneel or crouch.
