Job Description:

Position Summary:

Responsible for the maintenance of forms and racks. Work with production team to repair replace and maintain tooling for production needs on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Works from written and verbal instructions while adhering to policies and procedures to safely:

• Inspect forms and racks to ensure that they are ready for production use.
• Repair and replace forms wires and racks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience

• Ability to read write and interpret documents such as safety rules operating instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure including whole numbers common fractions and decimals
• Accurately able to measure weight volume and temperature.

Professional Skills & Key Competencies

• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to use hands or arms (to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls). The employee is occasionally required to walk; stand; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds as high as 76.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and depth perception.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and sometimes must climb up a ladder to reach storage drawers.
