We are also having a difficult time with childish behavior on this team. We are looking for professionals who will pay attention and work not gossip all day.

This teams space is limited. They have 60 people in a small space. So many of the folks are shoulder to shoulder while working.

These are temp to hire roles. The Manager is very interested in converting people to FTEs.

Attendance to work is mandatory DAILY!

Mandatory OT Sept 12 and 26 8 hour shift normal shift.

Must have at least one year of experience in a warehouse/manufacturing/or quality position. Must be one continous year on the same job as a minimum.

***2 heavy and 2 light. Heavy means they will work on the line AS WELL AS move pallets in and out of the work area. Light means they will work on the line only***

Uses a variety of equipment such as inspection and light equipment handcarts to move materials parts assemblies and scrap products or goods within a plant office or warehouse. Sort and inspect materials. Ability to read rulers and must have good vision. Must maintain quality records have good writing skills and maintain good documentation practices. Develops skills in basic tasks techniques and procedures within one skill area / process / method. Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps. Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines. Works under general to limited supervision.

High school diploma or equivalent NOT REQUIRED

1 year warehouse experience or related experience and/or training. Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand. Ability to read write interpret and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations. Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment. General computer skills.
