This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination trading processing and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.
The Senior AI Enablement Analyst supports the adoption of GenAI solutions across Trading and Risk Management (TRM) working within Trading Data Analytics (TDA). This role turns enablement plans into day-to-day execution partnering with users to leverage GenAI tools well identifying where these tools add value across TRM running training and support activities and tracking adoption so the team can see whats working. The Analyst focuses on collaborating closely with traders analysts and DT&D partners and reports to the TRM GenAI Enablement Advisor.
- Support adoption of GenAI tools (e.g. AI assistants agentic workflows) through office hours one-on-one coaching and troubleshooting. Gather and log user feedback for the product and engineering teams.
- Deliver hands-on training sessions demos and enablement materials quick-start guides prompt libraries use case examples tailored to different TRM user groups.
- Support business teams in identifying and documenting GenAI use cases. Gather requirements capture feasibility and effort inputs and maintain the use case pipeline for review by the Enablement Lead.
- Help identify and support a network of GenAI champions.
- Work with DT&D and business users to test GenAI solutions in trading and analytics workflows document current-state processes and flag gaps against governance risk and legal requirements.
- Collect and report adoption and usage data. Maintain dashboards and recurring reporting using established metrics frameworks and highlight trends for leadership review.
- Participate in enterprise pilots run with Cargills GenAI COE and stay current on GenAI tool capabilities relevant to TRM.
- Bachelors degree and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools and the ability to explain their value in plain language
- Strong communication and facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to small groups
- Curiosity and a user-centric problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work across teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to commodity trading risk or analytics environments a plus
- Experience supporting digital or AI transformation projects a plus
