ABOUT THIS ROLE
The ideal candidate will blend strong foundational design principles with an expert command of generative AI technologies to produce cutting-edge visual experiences. You should be able to work independently from a brief prioritize tasks track essential details and deliverables across multiple projects. You will design animate and deliver high-impact workflows and assets for a variety of campaigns collaborating closely with creative marketing and external agencies. Your expertise in both traditional design and AI-powered creative tools will help us set new standards for engaging innovative advertising.
Build and integrate AI-powered tools and workflows (e.g. generative design AI-driven animation automated asset creation) to enhance creative output and efficiency.
Collaborate with creative directors copywriters and other designers to develop cohesive visual narratives.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and design trends proactively recommending new approaches tools and innovating workflows.
Organize and manage digital assets ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
5-8 years of graphic design experience on marketing assets and social video content
Strong multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop Illustrator) and 3D animation tools (e.g. Cinema 4D Blender).
Hands-on experience with AI-powered node-based creative tools including Weavy preferred.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling composition color and typography.
Excellent knowledge of current industry standard audio/video formats and codecs
Experience with digital content management systems digital workflows with a deep understanding of how to organize and manage content
Ideally has B2B experience
Must be eligible to work in the US
