Job Description We are seeking a hands-on GCP IAM Engineer with strong experience in Google Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) Terraform and cloud security automation. Key Responsibilities Design and implement GCP IAM policies custom roles and service accounts. Configure Workload Identity and Identity Federation. Automate IAM provisioning using Terraform. Implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments. Contribute to identity architecture and security solutions. Troubleshoot IAM and access-related issues. Independently own technical deliverables and mentor junior engineers. Required Skills Strong hands-on GCP IAM experience. Terraform for IAM configuration and automation. Workload Identity and Identity Federation. Custom IAM roles and service account management. CI/CD and infrastructure automation Multi-cloud experience (AWS/Azure) Kubernetes. Strong identity architecture and security fundamentals. Go programming knowledge
