Job Summary
Pay: $21.90-$21.90/ hourly The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicants experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data. The Garage Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness organization and security of the parking garage while providing excellent customer service to customers visitors and employees. The Garage Attendant assists with vehicle parking operations monitors garage activity and ensures compliance with facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Monitor vehicle entry and exit from the garage.
- Assist customers with parking directions and general inquiries.
- Collect parking fees and process transactions as required.
- Maintain accurate parking and vehicle records.
- Patrol the garage to ensure safety and security.
- Report suspicious activity accidents or maintenance issues to management.
- Keep the garage clean and free of debris.
- Enforce parking rules and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with traffic flow during busy periods and special events.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous customer service parking valet or garage attendant experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic cash handling and computer skills preferred.
- Reliable punctual and detail-oriented.
