TITLE: Game Day Operations Intern

DEPARTMENT: Athletics

REPORTS TO: Game Day Operations Coordinator/Athletic Administration

POSITION SUMMARY:Evangel University is seeking applicants for the position of Game Day Operations Intern. This is a part-time position working during both semesters for the athletic department. This person works with the Game Day Operations Coordinator / Media Manager on all game day operations / facility needs. A main duty is managing the livestream for all home events and helping to make sure that the game day production video needs run smoothly.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Send out game day ops information to traveling teams and referees
• Assist with all live steam operations for all home events
• Assist with facility set up for all home events
• Assist with all facility rentals
• Assist with EMS
• Other duties as assigned
