Job Summary
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experiencedFusion Portal Architectand SMEto supportlogisticsoperations across the Indo-Pacific. The Fusion Portal Architect SME serves as CACIs senior technical authority responsible for designing developing integrating and sustaining enterprise data portals that provide a unified operational environment forlogistics facilities mission support and operational information. Reporting directly to the Program Manager this position leads the architecture and governance of secure collaboration platforms that enable data integration operational awareness and informed decision-making across distributed organizations.
The Fusion Portal Architect SME works closely with Government stakeholders program leadership technical teams data managers system administrators and mission partners to integrate multiple information sources into a secure scalable and user-focused portal environment. This position ensures enterprise data is organized accessible and protected while improving collaboration operational visibility and mission execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture design and sustainment of enterprise Fusion Portal capabilities.
Develop secure data integration solutions supportinglogistics operational and mission support activities.
Integrate data from multiple Government and commercial systems into a unified operational environment.
Establish data architecture governance configuration management and content management standards.
Coordinate with Government stakeholders toidentifyportal requirements and operational priorities.
Ensure portal availability performance security and scalability across geographically dispersed locations.
Develop dashboards data visualizations and collaboration tools supporting operational decision-making.
Manage configuration control and change management activities for portal enhancements.
Oversee data quality metadata management document control and information lifecycle processes.
Coordinate with cybersecurity IT and system administration teams to ensure compliance with security requirements.
Develop andmaintaintechnical documentation architecture diagrams and standard operating procedures.
Support testing validation system upgrades and technology refresh initiatives.
Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution of portal performance and integration issues.
Mentor technical personnel and promote best practices in enterprise data management and collaboration.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating emerging technologies and innovative data management solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 15 years of experience supporting enterprise data management portal architecture configuration management information systems or knowledge management.
Experience supporting Department of Defense Joint Combatant Command or Special Operations organizations.
Experience designing integrating and managing enterprise collaboration platforms data repositories or operational information portals.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and brief senior Government and military leadership.
Desired:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Data Management Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Microsoft Power Platform Microsoft 365 Power BI SQL Azure or other enterprise collaboration and data management technologies.
Experience integrating multiple operationallogistics intelligence or business information systems into a common operating environment.
Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Microsoft Power Platform Azure Solutions Architect ITIL Security PMP or equivalent certifications are preferred.
