Page-Theus Funeral Home & Cremation Services is looking for a Funeral Director to join our team in Leesburg FL where we offer a passionate and purpose-filled work environment. The Funeral Director serves as a trusted source of support guidance and direction for families before during and after the loss of a loved one. The ideal candidate combines compassion professionalism and attention to detail with the ability to help families navigate difficult decisions during a time of loss. By providing exceptional care ensuring regulatory compliance and honoring every life with dignity and respect the Funeral Director plays a vital role in creating meaningful experiences for the families we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide a source of support guidance and direction to families before during and after the loss of a loved one
• Coordinate assist and carry out all aspects of a funeral service and final memorialization
• Adhere to all professional municipal state and federal licensing regulations and rules applicable to the funeral service profession
• Ensure that all federal state and local regulations related to the funeral industry are followed

Qualifications

• Licensed Funeral Director in Florida or the ability to reciprocate.
• Have excellent communication skills integrity and an innate passion for serving others.
• Work proficiency in Microsoft office products (word excel outlook)
• Knowledge of current federal state and local regulationsrelated to the funeral industry

Compensation range of $28-32/hr.
