Functional Analyst Scrum Master

Role Overview

• Act as Functional Analyst Scrum Master for enterprise solutions
• Bridge business requirements to solution design and execution
• Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure delivery alignment

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into solution design
• Convert requirements into process flows / flowcharts
• Maintain functional documentation in Confluence
• Manage user stories backlog and tracking in Jira
• Facilitate daily scrum sprint planning and reviews
• Follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure progress and closure
• Coordinate with business architects and development teams
• Ensure end-to-end requirement clarity and execution

Required Skills

• Strong business solution design and requirement analysis
• Solid understanding of Solution Architecture concepts
• Experience creating process flows / flow diagrams
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Good understanding of Agile / Scrum practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Prior experience in software development (added advantage)
• Exposure to enterprise applications / integrations
• Basic exposure to AI / automation / digital initiatives
• Ability to handle FA Scrum light PM responsibilities
