Key Responsibilities

- Build beautiful performant front-ends turn designs into applications with the professionalism and aesthetics to delight institutional users

- Translate complex financial logic into code work alongside product teams to understand and capture the nuances of their industry in our workflows

- Meet institutional standards harden code to ensure it meets clients rigorous requirements for security and robustness

- Explore new products deep-dive into new areas of the financial system alongside domain experts exploring ideas and helping to shape future products

Requirements

- You ship not just code: directly responsible for taking major features or entire products from idea to production owning the full lifecycle of significant technical projects

- Full-stack TypeScript: experienced with TypeScript both front-end and back-end (blockchain development experience is not necessary)

- You build with AI: modern AI coding tools are central to how the engineering team works; youve woven them deeply into your workflow and know how to get real leverage

- Startup mindset: adaptable self-directed and at ease with ambiguity early-stage startup experience preferred
