Full-Time Tag Clerk in Treasurer Office

KINGMAN COUNTY IS HIRING: FULL-TIME TAG CLERK

Kingman County is accepting applications for a full-time Tag Clerk in the Treasurers Office. Candidates must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented. This is a public-facing role and candidates must be able to answer questions resolve issues and assist customers with paperwork. Applicants must have strong computer skills and be able to work effectively with co-workers and the public. Candidates must be able to learn and understand local and state motor vehicle laws. Previous customer service experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.

The successful candidate will assist the public with collecting taxes and processing applications for titles on vehicles selling vehicle tags collecting fees for tags and vehicle renewals.

The position pays $15.50$17.94 per hour depending on is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday with full benefits including health insurance paid time off and KPERS retirement.
