Hyundai of Paramus is seeking a professional friendly and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys interacting with people and possesses excellent multitasking abilities.

As the face and voice of our dealership you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting multiple departments throughout the dealership.

• Professionally greet and assist customers and visitors
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously
• Route customers to the appropriate department and team member
• Maintain a positive and welcoming reception area
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks with accuracy
• Assist with vehicle inventory stock-in procedures
• Process receipts and customer payments
• Prepare correspondence reports and dealership documents
• Work closely with dealership management sales service and accounting teams
• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills including Google/Gmail Word and Excel
• Accurate typing and data entry abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a busy customer-focused environment
• Dependable punctual and detail-oriented
• Previous receptionist administrative customer service or office experience preferred
• Ability to learn new software and dealership systems quickly
