A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchantyoullbring world-famous snacks like Oreo RitzbelVita ChipsAhoy!and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships stocking shelves executing displays and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers drives results and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed impossible to miss and always in stock.

• Represent Mondelēzin-store with professionalism positivity and a commitment to excellence as you are the face ofthese iconic brands/ownerof the biscuit aisle.

• Serve as the face of the companydelivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Execute dailystore visits following Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Excellence including capturing display photos via DMI

• Build andmaintainstrong relationships with store personnel such as backroom receivers and store managers to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Order productvia iPad tomaintainin-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce

• Implement promotional displaysand ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores

• Follow daily schedulesand priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal salesnew product launches and high-visibility merchandising events

• Communicatestore-level insights issues or opportunities to your RTM and management team

• Stay Safe &Compliantembracingthe physical nature of the role including lifting bending and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid drivers license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive liftingbendingandcarrying up to 25 over50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the stores shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Centerville OH
• Secondary locations: Xenia OH Springboro OH Franklin OH Miamisburg OH Kettering OH
• Schedule availability required: open availability weekdays-including 1 weekend day
• Start Time: 07:00 AM
