What Youll Do as a Full Stack Software Engineer

• Design full-stack applications that power our internal platform across backend services web applications and mobile experiences.
• Develop scalable backend solutions using Java Spring Hibernate and PostgreSQL to support our growing business needs.
• Build responsive React web applications and contribute to React Native mobile features that help our care teams work more efficiently.
• Collaborate with product users and stakeholders to understand real-world challenges and translate them into practical high-quality software solutions.
• Implement new features from concept through deployment while writing clean maintainable and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot production issues optimize application performance and continuously improve the reliability and scalability of our platform.
• Deploy and support applications within AWS while contributing to architecture decisions that strengthen our technology foundation.
• Partner with engineering product and operations teams to deliver innovative technology that improves the care experience for our employees and the seniors we serve.

Our Ideal Full Stack Software Engineer

• Experienced: Bring 3 years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in Java Spring Hibernate PostgreSQL AWS and service-oriented or microservice architectures.
• Technical: Have experience designing APIs or distributed systems implementing CI/CD pipelines and building modern frontend applications with React while contributing to React Native mobile applications.
• Educated: Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or bring equivalent professional experience. An AWS certification is a plus.
• Solution-Oriented: Enjoy solving complex technical challenges communicating effectively with teammates and stakeholders and building reliable maintainable software that delivers real business value.
