What You Will Do

• Design build and support scalable cloud-based applications and backend services
• Own customer-facing product features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems
• Make architectural and technology decisions that balance scalability reliability privacy and security
• Improve existing systems for performance stability and maintainability
• Evaluate commercial and open-source technologies and contribute to technical strategy decisions
• Collaborate closely with product design machine learning and infrastructure teams
• Contribute to product development across multiple engineering teams and initiatives
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering quality standards across the organization
• Build deeply user-centric products with strong empathy for healthcare workflows

Ideal Candidate Background

• 6 years of experience as a Senior or Staff-level Full Stack Engineer
• Strong experience across both frontend and backend development (backend-leaning acceptable)
• Proficiency in Python TypeScript JavaScript and React
• Experience building and scaling customer-facing products from 01
• Strong track record working in fast-moving high-growth environments
• Experience operating at scale within AI startups high-velocity SaaS companies healthcare startups or leading technology companies
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to drive technical decisions independently
• Demonstrated career progression and long-term ownership within previous companies
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Passion for AI and interest in healthcare technology

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare workflows EHR systems or clinical tooling
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling integrated into production engineering workflows
• Experience with scalable distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
• Strong product intuition and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
