Reporting to the Digital Experience and Engineering Manager the Full StackSoftware Engineer IIis responsible foranalyzing designing testing developing andmaintainingsoftware experiences across global website development projects. You will help shape the future of digital experiences at Hach by building next-generation platforms thatleverageautomation advanced analytics and AI to enhance customer experience and drive business value.
This position is part of the Digital Experience and Engineering teamlocatedin Loveland Colorado and will be hybrid.
In this role a typical day will look like:
Designing producing and delivering software to improve the reliability scalability performance security and efficiency of cloud services.
Fixing enhancing and supporting services in production including periodic on-call duties and live site operations.
Developing and implementing code for product features using AI tools responsibly to enhance developer workflows.
Contributing to the development and implementation of automation solutions within production environments.
Collaborating with global colleagues to address technical requirements conduct code reviews and execute bug/issue triage.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelors degree in computer scienceor related technical field with 3 years of technical engineering experience or equivalent experience.
3 years of coding experience in languages including C C C# Java JavaScript or Python.
Proficiencyin TypeScriptNext.JS and React.
Demonstrated understanding of modern architecture including API design and RESTful best practices.
Prior experience building or working with distributed systems or cloud-based services.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $110000 - $125000 USD per year.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
