Job Summary
Belay Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our intel team.We have an immediate need for a Full Stack Developer to support Reporting Tool Suite Sustainment efforts. Support will focus on development and sustainment of the TESTFLIGHT tool.
TESTFLIGHT is a high-performance geospatial collaboration tool that provides a single repository for formal and informal finished intelligence products. Efforts will include creating enhancements for TESTFLIGHT based on high-priority mission needs as well as maintenance/sustainment of the existing code base.
*Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every 4-6 weeks). Staff may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked.
**TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph requiredCandidates are required to have the following technical skills:
- Java 8
- C/C
- Scripting (python bash php
- Apache Tomcat
- Elasticsearch
- Oracle
- Spring Boot
- RESTful web services
- Solr
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment
- Understanding maintaining and troubleshooting interfaces between multiple applicatipns
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Primefaces
- Quarkus
- Lex/Yacc
- Basic sysadmin skills (managing cron jobs selinux etc.)
- Agency reporting and dissemination tools
- Agency classification policies
- Working in an agile environment using JIRA and Confluence

Salary Range: $190000 to $240000
